Most people do not realize the amount of time and energy that goes into planning the construction of a structure. It is not as simple as deciding that you want to put something up and then hiring people to build it for you. These are important rules for anyone who is looking to build in the U.K. These rules were implemented by the Health and Safety Executive’s Construction Division in order to make sure that there was a higher level of safety that was introduced to the process of construction. In order to assure that projects (especially larger ones) are being completely compliant with these rules and regulations there needs to be a person who is responsible for making sure that everything on the construction site is completely compliant.
